What I Teach, I’ve Lived, And Continue To Live
In 2024, the non-profit organization I had poured my heart into for years closed its doors. The year before, my husband of 45 years passed away.
Suddenly, every role I had used to define myself — director, wife, caregiver — was gone.
So… what now?
Let’s Be Clear:
Grief Isn’t Just About Death
If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’ve crossed or are standing at a threshold of a new chapter in life. That might be the loss of a loved one, job, home, community, health, or security.
Or perhaps you’ve stepped into a new role as a parent, partner, or caregiver.
These unravelings are fertile ground. The old story dissolves and a new one hasn’t yet arrived. It’s easy to lose yourself in this in-between.
For decades, I’ve created and held sacred spaces where stories, voices, and rituals support us through life’s great transformations.
In recent years, I’ve had to reframe my own limiting myths. In doing so, I’ve reclaimed my voice, my vitality, and a new sense of purpose.
I created this website to offer you the same tools to release the old stories that drain your energies, and to invite in a new narrative that’s alive with meaning.
Now, it’s your turn to create a life rooted in purpose and joy.

Kitty has been busy the last 40 years!

Her favorite holiday is Dia de los Muertos, when we remember how close the ancestors truly are.
Kitty has shapeshifted through many roles, but her true calling has never wavered: catching the threads and stories others miss and weaving them into tapestries of meaning that are unexpected, intuitive, and transformative.
